Document sharing with collaborators and their different permissions

Learn how to securely and easily share documents with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Click the Share button in the top right corner. 

 

2. Enter your recipient’s emails, separated by a comma. 

 

3. Choose a role for each of the document collaborators. 

Collaborators can be given different permissions in S-Docs for HubSpot:

  • An Editor. These users have full access to the document. 
  • A Contributor. Contributors can make edits to the document.
  • A Reviewer. Reviewers are only able to comment on the document. 

 

4. Click Invite

Once a user is invited, they will receive an email notification with a link to the document. They will be required to enter a code to access the document. 

They will be able to interact with the document according to the permissions tied to the role that you’ve assigned them as a collaborator.
