Guest user generation configurations for LWC/SDK in Experience Cloud

New configuration options for Lightning Web Component (LWC) and Software Development Kit (SDK) invocable actions enable admins to create workflows that better align with acceptable use policies for Experience Cloud use cases. This enhancement leverages Salesforce System Mode to support document generation for guest and unauthenticated users.

Now you can easily extend document generation for guest and unauthenticated Experience Cloud users by leveraging Salesforce System Mode. This helps simplify operations without additional user access configurations or complex setups. It’s as easy as checking a box.

In-app support requests user experience (early access)

Streamline the case resolution process with the new support request experience. Customers can now efficiently report product issues directly from their Salesforce org and communicate directly with S-Docs Support through an intuitive interface, which automatically adds key information like the impacted package version and case status to the report. This helps reduce gaps in case submissions and ensures transparency, giving you a more streamlined path to case resolution.

Note: Contact your sales rep or Customer Success Manager to enable this for your org.

Support diagnostics

The new diagnostic logger unlocks the power of generation and analysis of debug logs specific to the S-Docs managed package. This allows our support team to quickly identify and solve product issues through more precise troubleshooting.

S-Docs feature management

Building on the initial launch of S-Docs e-Signature, PDFs generated through S-Docs LWCs can now be used to initiate the e-Signature process through the Generated Documents LWC.  Eligible documents include a new "Send for eSignature" option, automatically creating a request with the selected document attached — no manual upload required!

This workflow currently only supports single document e-Signature requests. Expansion of this capability will be developed in the near future.

Smarter document organization for batch generation

Easily manage how your batch-generated documents are ordered and collated with our improved SDK. All ordering settings are now centralized, allowing you to seamlessly group documents by record ID or template — delivering a more organized, professional output with less effort.

Automate S-Sign requests with custom HTML templates

  •

Send S-Sign requests using custom HTML S-Sign templates directly from Flow, thanks to the powerful S-Docs Send Email invocable action. Streamline your e-Signature processes with seamless automation.
